Youth Development Swim League
This program is designed for children who are advanced swimmers or who have basic competitive stroke skills. Our program is developmental and focuses on introducing the skills and knowledge to be on a club or school swim team.
Meets are held once a month at the Mitch Park Competitive Pool, usually Saturday mornings or Sunday afternoons. Meet dates/times are based on the meet schedule of the pool and will be announced at the beginning of the month. Parent volunteers are needed for the meets.
Teams practice twice a week for 1 hour each time. Some branches offer an optional third practice.

- Swim 25 yards of front crawl
- Swim 25 yards of backstroke
- Swim 25 yards of breaststroke
- Perform 25 yards of dolphin kick

Rockwell Plaza

Stillwater
Welcome to the Y’s Youth Developmental Swim League. The program is an introduction to proper swim technique in an “everybody swim, everybody wins” atmosphere. Our league focuses on fun and fitness while teaching your swimmer all the rules and techniques for swimming. Our league joins together once a month for a meet where swimmers can practice and improve recorded times and individual skills.
-Fee per month: ( Members – $30 / Non Members – $70 )
